Design & Technologies – Rockets and Rocket Cars

This unit provides the students with the opportunity to design and build a solid fuel rocket. In the flight unit students research the laws of flight, then design and build a rocket approximately 400mm long. Students then use the knowledge gained to design and build a rocket car using the Inventor software package and a Roland mill to manufacture their design.
