Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of dispatch for a refund, provided they are in original, unused condition and include all packaging, components, and documentation.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Items must be unopened or in as-new condition
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Approved warranty claims will include return shipping covered by us

Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Return Authorisation (RA)

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns received without approval may not be processed.

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us with your order details and reason for return
  2. We will provide an RA number and return instructions
  3. Securely package the item and send it back to us

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Exclusions

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used, soldered, or modified kits
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or special-order items (unless faulty)

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, invoice, or transaction record is required for all returns.

This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
