We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
14-Day Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of dispatch for a refund, provided they are in original, unused condition and include all packaging, components, and documentation.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns:
- Items must be unopened or in as-new condition
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Please contact us as soon as possible
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund
- Approved warranty claims will include return shipping covered by us
Warranty
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Return Authorisation (RA)
Before returning any item, you must request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns received without approval may not be processed.
How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order details and reason for return
- We will provide an RA number and return instructions
- Securely package the item and send it back to us
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used, soldered, or modified kits
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or special-order items (unless faulty)
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, invoice, or transaction record is required for all returns.
This policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
